Hi,  I've been feeling like I have a scabies mite or some other cutaneous parasite since last July.  I get the sensation of movement on my skin and I also get pimple like bumps all over.  They got very bad and I was able to get permethrin and ivermectin prescribed, but the doctor did no examination.  Signs went away for about a week and then they came back in full force.  Currently I am using a sulfur based acne cream to dry out the pimple like bumps and it is helping, but I had a few new ones appear this last week.  I was able to rub this out of one.  Do you think this is a creature or is it perhaps something from my body.  I do think I may have a fungal infection too.

I have some hard cysts on my palms and soles and they seem like they are where these things are coming from.  Like they are some kind of egg storage that hatches out when there is moisture or many people around.  I've rubbed out many other things that look worm or larvae like, but this is the latest and it is unique in appearance from the past ones.
