Are these mountain lion tracks?

These are cat tracks. Without a reference such as a ruler, I cannot say for sure they are mountain lion tracks. Mountain lion tracks are about 4 inches wide and 3.5 inches tall. Bobcat are smaller at around 1 3/8 wide and 1 1/2 inches tall. Here is the link to information that can help you determine the differences.

You are welcome. A lynx track is about the same size as a female mountain lion as well.
