I reached out to several other VCE agents. The consensus is that it is likely an ash or winter melon.
Did this come up as a volunteer seedling in your garden? Did you grow ash or winter melon before? Cucurbits easily cross breed, so one of the parents may have been an ash or winter melon and the other parent some other type of cucurbit. Some agents have thought that it also has characteristics of an apple gourd. So it may be a hybrid of the two.
