Why can I not purchase a home garden soil test kit?

Thanks for reaching out. We are actually in the process of revising our soil testing process. The lab will actually be closing the end of the year and a new, enhanced  process put in place this spring.  
You can still submit soil samples, they just need to be mailed in very soon in order to get processed by the end of the year.
