When should I move my sedum or plant new perennials? I have prepared some soil around a big rock in our yard. I have hostas, sedum which blooms purple or lilac colored. My idea is to put some hostas, sedum and maybe some new perennials around the big rock that would not get too high and hide the rock. When is the best time to do this?
