To winter a hardy hibiscus, can there be ANY nitrogen in the fertilizer? If so, can you give me a brand because I can't find any here.

If your plant is well established and has done fine this summer I would not worry about fertilizing at this time. Plants should only be fertilized if there is a need for it based on symptoms or a soil test, and at this time of year should only be done after the plant has gone dormant. Hibiscus winter just fine without any need of fertilizer this time of year.
