I've had my pasture dozed & graded. We put in a sacrifice area with road fabric & 10" of packed, 1½" gravel. I need to plant horse grazing pasture. Appx 2.5 acres in Mohawk Valley area of Springfield. I'm running out of time. Do I need to lime? If so, can I lime & seed together? What pasture seed (mix?) is recommended? Can I rent seeding equipment? (I have a 55hp tractor) We moved in May & had horrible mud. We're working hard to mitigate that in the future. I'd really appreciate any advice!
