Please help identify this shrub. Currently in bloom with white flowers, burgundy foliage and about 5' tall. Growing in a sun/partial shade location in a pine and mixed meadow area.

Your photos appear to be Cornus sericea,  commonly known as Red osier dogwood, Red twig dogwood, Red willow (although it is not a willow) and Red-rood. It is native to Ohio as well as many parts of North America. It supports many species of birds and pollinators.
