Could you please ID this aquatic plant for me? Growing in the shallow edge of the McKenzie River, general location Mckenzie Bridge (I can provide an address if wanted). Photos taken around September 17th, 2022. There were about 7 clumps of the plant. Leaves like milfoil, but flowers not?
