This thing is in my kitchen. Need help to find out what and it got there and get rid of them.

To best help you, can you tell us how large it is or send another photo with something like a coin or ruler in the photo to help us gauge size?
Also, are you seeing more than one? (You said 'them', but this could be just an accidental bug that got inside, as many are attracted to lights and come in through doors or open windows.)
Where in the kitchen did you find it?
If it is very small, as in about 1/8 to 1/4" long, it could be a pest of stored grains or rice.

Christine, it’s tiny, I kill at least 10 daily. They are harmless, I’m just so tired of them. They don’t fly but are really annoying. Thanks for your help. Attached are pictures with a ruler.
If they can't fly it sounds like Granary Weevils.
These insects can infests grain and grain products like flour, dried fruits, pastas, spices, cereals, cake mixes, pet foods and more.
You will need to figure out where they are coming from. This page will tell you how and what to do.

They are not a danger to you and no pesticides or strong chemicals are needed; just your vacuum and warm, soapy water.
