What insect leaves these eggs? #810324

My little maple is infested! What is it and what do I do?

I have never before seen such an extreme example of stink bug eggs on a maple. The eggs are probably from the green stink bug. The eggs can be smashed, scraped off, coated with insecticidal soap or Neem oil. In low infestations the leaves can be picked off and dropped into soapy water, but that does not appear feasible in your case. Please get back to me if you have further questions.
