I live in North Plains... and back to a farming field. I was working in my back yard this weekend and notice some very strange growth on my arborvitaes. Have you seen this type of leaf mutation? Fungus? Bugs? Farming chemical? And any suggestions on how to fix the issue?

Your pictures don’t exactly match disease, pest or herbicide damage. Contact Metro Master Gardener Volunteers about options to bring samples to a clinic.
Provide a photo of the plant overall. Is a large percentage of the plant deformed? If these are a few deformed twigs, you can remove and dispose of them. Keep a watch for next few years and follow up if it becomes a larger issue.
