Apple tree arborist #808637

Hi, I have a beautiful old apple tree on my property. It has stopped producing apples and I think it is sick. Can you please send me a list of arborists, especially any arborist that specializes in the health of apple trees? I live in Kerhonkson, New York, in Ulster county. Thank you.

Hello Eli,
I am attaching to this message a list of arborists.  We can't recommend any particular one arborists for apple tree work.  You will have to call around and make your decisions based on what they say they can do for you. 
You are welcome to send us a picture of your tree and a closeup of some leaves if you would like to see what recommendations we can make.  And you can bring in a leaf sample from the apple tree.  There are master gardeners here on Monday, Wednesday, Friday mornings from 9 am to noon.

Thank you so much for your kind response. I will try calling around to the arborists on your list.

Meanwhile here are some photos of my apple tree, I took these earlier in the spring, hopefully they are helpful!  Let me know and I can take photos now as well.

Do you know what type of tree this is? Have you seen any of the insects? You may need a certified arborist to check the health of the tree. We can give you some names if you let us know where you are in the county. Many times, when insects attack a tree like this, the tree is not in good shape.
