Ive had this every year in the past three years. It seems to occur middle of summer and is more likely to occur on my cherry tomatoes but has spread to other tomatoes and even peppers in the past. leaves and fruit are impacted, tomato fruit get dark spots and streaks, sometimes misshaped. I know it won't make you feel any better, but a lot of us are having this same problem. It is very hard to do, but the best strategy for prevention of tomato blight is not to plant tomatoes where there has been a previous occurrence of tomato blight as it is a fungal disease. In a small garden, that may mean growing tomatoes in a container.
