Thank you for your question, Amanda.  I'm afraid that the photos are taken too far from the growths to give you a specific identification, but these appear to be normal fungi that grow on organic material.  Your garden appears to have a lot of mulch, and fungi are responsible for breaking down the plant tissue whose nutrients are recycled to create more plants.  Here is an Extension article about them:  https://extension.umn.edu/lawn-care/common-fungi
