Hello, do you test Bermuda for fungal disease? We have brown spots in our Bermuda grass. There are also small sections that have completely died. I was looking up reasons and the it appears that fungal disease could be the culprit. We utilize an organic fertilizer company but that doesn't appear to be the issue. Thanks

Hello!
I do think you are right that this is a fungal issue, probably Brown Patch. Brown Patch has large patches of brown grass occurring during the spring and fall, when warm-season turfgrasses are entering or exiting their period of winter dormancy.
You can submit a sample to the Plant Disease & Insect Clinic for a more accurate diagnosis. Here is the link of how to submit a sample,

Also, here is a second link from the University of Georgia that really goes into the details of the fungal disease, (with images), and how to identify each. You may be able to do this yourself and it will tell you the correct management options too.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you need anything else.
