I live in Mount Vernon; I have had lilacs for over 20 years in several areas of my yard.
The lilacs leaves turned brown last year so we cut them back. They came back quickly and looked healthy. Again, this year the leaves are turning brown. Is this blight and if it is what can we do about it.
