That looks like a very ripe cucumber that has received irregular watering. I can see the tiny spines that are present on cukes, but not on squash. Cukes also tend to curl at the end when they don’t get consistent watering. The size of the leaf from which this was picked would be another clue. Squash leaves are much bigger than cucumber leaves.
