Is This a Dogday Cicada? #804991

Is this a dogday cicada? It was not on a hardwood tree, but on a pine tree. Seen in Canby, MN.

It is a cicada but I can't confirm Dog-Day species as the photo does not show the upper side which would have gold and green markings:
