I’m sending your images of my dwarf peach tree. This is the second year that its fruit and leaves look like this. I colo the directions of spraying with Neem oil. Should I remove it from my garden area? I read it probably has a virus and will do this every year. Thanks for info. BettyYendrek

The photo of your tree appears to me as bacterial spot. I've attached a link so you can read about it. The solution they offer does not sound very promising so it probably is a matter of whether you want to try it or not.
