I have been cultivating Ramps and would like to know if what I am seeing is the seed head/ flowering seed body of the ramps

Thank you for the photos. These do look like developing ramp seeds. They should start to change color becoming dark blue back seeds. When they reach this blue-back stage around mid-September, they should be harvested.
It seems they have a long germination period and require being in cold for a period of time to germinate. The two web sites below have helpful information about encouraging germination and planting ramp seed.
