Thanks for your question.  Unfortunately you have presented us with an impossible task.  A picture of a whole tree from a distance does not provide us sufficient information upon which to make an accurate identification.  There are so many trees that could be possible.  We need close up pictures of the bark and individual leaves.  We truly wish that we could accommodate your request but it is simply not possible.  Nevertheless, thank you for using our forum.
