How to treat this apple tree #804552

I have an apple tree. It currently has a few apples on it. I noticed some of the leaves appearing brown and appears something is eating them. Then I found the black beetle. I do not believe in pesticides unless absolutely necessary. If the tree will die without I will probably go ahead but if this is only a this year thing and there is not an organic solution, I will probably let it be for this year. Could you please advise?

Hi Deborah. I am attaching some articles on fruit trees and Japanese beetles. This will give you some options when deciding to treat your trees.
