Ornamental flowering tree wilting #804496

This ornamental plum bloomed beautifully in the spring and looked great this spring.  No chemicals sprayed as far as I know.

It wilted completely in one week.  What is the problem?

Thank you for the photo. Are you providing any supplemental irrigation (more than just rain)? One way plants show drought stress is through wilting or curling leaves.
