Request for Tree Identification #803674

Hi, Germaine,
This looks like an Eastern Black Walnut tree, Juglans nigra, although the leaves are narrower than the usual images. See if the image on the link corresponds with the tree you saw.

Thanks for letting me know, Barbara. A friend saw this tree in Connecticut. I can’t remember seeing one in the Greenbelt area. I’ll have to check our city’s tree inventory.
