Kale has black/brown spots all over its leaves. Leaves also become yellow. Is it bacteria or fungus illness? How can I treat this? Can I eat the leaves with spots?

and a little bit of other photos of another kale - but there are completely different situation because there are not such many tiny black spots as on previous photo but there are big brown spots all over. however, there are similar black spots on a stem of kale. please help to identify what are the illnesses, how to fight them, and can these leaves be eaten. thank you.
