These are pictures of apple trees at a residence in Dexter. The trees are not producing fruit and they are very stressed. Can you identify the problem and if a remedy is available provide insight? Thank you!

The leaves are pretty yellow. Have you fertilized it at all? And how much have you watered it in this dry summer? Leaf samples can be sent here for analysis:
