Pepper plants wilted - Check roots #801018

Hi
My pepper plants are wilting during day and do not recover during night.
I pulled one of the plants and found the roots as attached in the pic.

Do you think its phytophthera capsici or nematodes ?

Looks like root-knot nematodes.
