Can this bird be identified?

Osceola County Michigan

It is hard to tell for sure but this looks like a very freshly fledged Red-eyed Vireo.

When birds are close to having enough feathers to fly they sometime leave the nest. The parents will tend to them on the ground or in a shrub so it is best to give the space so the parents can care for them.
