Vasates quadripedes #798949

I tried to search on line and believe I have a young maple tree that has Vasates quadripedes. Is this correct and how do I treat it?thank you.

Assuming your diagnosis is correct and it does look like this, this article from Wisconsin Extension would suggest 2 things: 1, You have missed the window for treatment as they suggest very early spring and 2, They have very little effect on plant health, are really more a cosmetic issue. https://hort.extension.wisc.edu/articles/maple-gall-mites-eriophyidae/
