There are flowers that I thought were blooming on my lilac bush (not lilacs). On closer look I discovered it was a vine tightly wrapped around one of the lilac branches. Humming birds are attracted to this plant, but I have no idea what it is.

You have a honeysuckle vine. This page from Oregon State Landscape Plants is for the commonly grown ornamental Lonicera japonica.
