I think my oak tree may have oak wilt. How do I, or who can I have help me diagnose the tree?

MSU Plant and Pest Diagnostic lab can test for oak wilt. Here are the instructions( see item 2)

There is a fee for the analysis. Also, if you prune oaks at this time, be sure to seal the cut on the tree with pruning sealer or latex house paint immediately( within 5 minutes).
You may also consult an arborist who has an oak wilt specialty. Find them here-
