Planted an Autumn Blaze Maple Tree spring 2021. It did great during year until fall when deer got to it during mating season before we got a fence around it. Did not grow leaves this spring but left it to see what may happen. Now shoots coming up. Should we cut out main tree and let shoots grow or not?
