Hi, what is the name of this tree?

These seeds and leaves look like those of Empress Tree (also known as Princess Tree, Paulownia tomentosa). It is a commonly-seen invasive species that can be challenging to remove once established. If on your property, we recommend having it taken out so it doesn't keep spread from seed.

I should have realized it is the same tree with blue flowers we saw earlier this spring here at the Charlestown retirement community.
