Hello,

Although Knock Out Roses are considered disease resistant and easy care, if they are under stressful conditions, they can succumb to several diseases, such as powdery mildew, black spot, gray mold and Rose Rosette disease and be attacted by insects. Thank you for sending the pictures but it is difficult to see what could be the problem. I wonder if you could send close up pictures of the stems, leaves and flowers. I assume the leaves and stems have been eaten? But I cannot see them well enough to provide a diagnosis.

Thank you. I look forward to receiving more pictures.

Thank you for contacting Ask Extension.
