My geranium leaves are developing small brown spots. What are they? Are they an issue?

We don't think that this is a serious issue.
It looks like it could be the round, rasping/scraping marks of the four-lined plant bug. They only have one generation each year and it's about finished and they are likely gone already.
You can either pinch/bend off the most affected leaves if they bother you, or just let it grow out of it.
