There are a lot of pests and diseases that can affect raspberries.  The wilting could also be a watering issue combined with the hot weather we have had.  As far as the wilting being a symptom of some pest or disease, the closest possibility I could find is raspberry cane borer.  It caused sudden wilting about this time of year.  There are some telltale signs of the presence of the borer on the cane in the form of two rows on punctures on the cane.  I cannot tell from your photos if that is present.  I would recommend a close inspection of the suspect canes for signs.  In any event, you should remove the affected canes and dispose of them
I am attaching two fact sheets that talk about care of raspberries and raspberry cane borer.
