We have several Evergreen trees in our yard that started dying out from the bottom up. It is not a water or sun issue and someone said there is a fungus going around and this might be treatable. I live in Spring Valley, Ohio (Greene County). Is there a fix for this and can these trees come back from this fungus if we treat? They are all three dead about 10-12 feet up a 30 foot tree. As you can see in the pictures, the trees around them are doing fine

Hello, thank you for letting me help you with your evergreen problem. It is hard to tell from this picture exactly what is going on as it is so far away. There are several problems that may be causing your dieback including, but not limited to, Rhizosphaera needle cast. https://extension.umn.edu/plant-diseases/rhizosphaera-needle-cast I would suggest that you take a sample of the infected needles (branch) and some that show infected and not infected. Take pics of the tree with you too. Here is the info for your Green County extension:
