We have these bugs coming in from several windows in our house. They are tiny little dots- see picture for size comparison to paper towel holder. They seem to be more active at night. What are they? How can we get rid of them? There are TONS!

Hi, These appear to be springtails which are associated with moisture and rotting organic matter like mulch. Nuisance pests only indoors.
