We are landscaping and I recently purchased and planted 2 Early Glow Ohio Buckeye trees that have / are developing orange blotches on the leaves ( I've included photos) and I'm concerned there may be a fungal issue. Please review the photos and let me know your thoughts and corrective action if needed

That appears to be leaf spot, a common disease on Ohio Buckeye.
