I recently relocated a 2YO ‘Champagne Wishes’ Rosa BAIcham next to a new ‘Nitty Gritty Red’ Rosa x RUIR10023A. The white is being eaten but the red is not. Can u give Suggestions for treating?

Without an actual photo of the insect, I cannot give you an answer. There are many insects that dine on roses and other plants. Check under the leaves to see if you can find a beetle or small green worm. Most likely, by now the insect(s) have dined and moved on.
