There is a growing number of leaves that look like the pictures. We have had this every year, but worse this year. Any ideas?
We also only had a handful of apple blossoms this year, probably the winter we had?

Although it is hard to tell from just a photo, I believe you may have spider mites. You will have to take a hand lens and examine the leaves, or lack of them. Here is information from Clemson
