Have what I think is an ornamental pear, fungal stuff on the trunk, some dead branches that didn't leaf out, leaves turning orange. Not sure if its all the same, assume it fungal. Advice?

The problem here looks like fireblight (black area on that trunk shot).
I need pictures that are not back lit to be sure.
