what's wrong with my apricot? #794473

10 yr old Scout apricot, 4 inch trunk diam flowers profusely, fruits sparingly. cross fertilization with a 5 yr old Moongold fruits affected by???

Might be plum pox.
Samples can be sent to the plant disease clinic for analysis. If it is insect damage they won’t be able to identify the culprit.

inspect the fruit carefully for holes or spots where the damage started. 
The spring experienced a couple of very cold snaps that could have damaged the buds and reduced the amount of fruit. 
It has been a challenging spring for gardening.
