I am seeing these spots on the two tomatoes on a plant bought at Costco. The plant is very tall and appears green and healthy. Can you give me an idea of what these might be? Thanks for any help you may be able to offer.

The damage you are seeing looks like the fruit was damaged by slight hail or maybe birds when it was younger and has now formed a callus over the damage. The fruit is probably fine. Keep watering and fertilizing the plants to promote good health through the growing season.
