I removed a hosta last year that I think had HVX but this year I have another plant I am concerned about. I have an extensive hosta garden and really am concerned that I make sure to stop this or treat it somehow. Can you please let me know if you think the hosta in the picture has HVX

I cannot tell you by a photo. You must first look at the natural coloring of each variety. Many hostas are grown for their streaks in coloring and puckering of leaves. If there is Virus X, the symptoms will worsen (as listed in the link I am giving you). If it does meet the criteria your plant needs to be removed and treated as listed. Make sure your equipment is sterilized also.
