This looks like the disease called Iris leaf spot. It tends to arise on older iris varieties which are more susceptible.
You can remove the worst damaged leaves and throw them in the trash. Clean up and cut back any dead/dying plants in the fall to reduce the pathogen load in the environment.
 There is nothing else to do than that, other than finding and growing new varieties that have been bred with resistance to the disease.
