Allow me to congratulate you twice.
First of all, congratulations on monitoring and identifying a bug, even if it means asking for help. For any Integrated Pest Management (IPM) effort, these two steps are important.
Second, congratulations on finding the Maryland's most unwanted pest; the Spotted Lanternfly. Your picture shows nymphs baby stage. It is now usual to find them in Hartford and Cecil counties; they are not yet widely distributed in other Maryland counties, but we are on the look out for them.
I can copy and paste a lot of information here. The good news is that the University of Maryland Extension has a webpage for residents on how to manage the pest.
Inviting, with a push, the Spotted Lanternfly nymphs in a bowl of soapy water bath? Sounds like the same method to control the brown marmorated stink bugs.....
