Normal lawn herbicides like ( 2,4-D and or dicampa) and mowing should kill the small willow trees. Apply tryclopyr to the lower willow trunk after mowing in early spring. These common lawn herbicides will not hurt your grass. The tree in the shrub bed should be dug out. That willow tree is to close to the shrubs to risk using herbicides.
