What is this growing in my wall? It’s growing behind the refrigerator. There was water spilled back there from an ice machine . I have cleaned it up and removed the brown growth but it comes back within a month or so. There are also little tiny bugs in it.

Is it possible to get a photo of the bugs that are inside of this structure? I suspect that it is a termite mud tube, but seeing the insects would help me to verify (or reject) my suspicion.
